By accessing subqfusion.com or purchasing from SubQFusion, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site or buy from us.

1. Research Use Only

All products sold by SubQFusion are for research use only. They are not intended for human consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or cure of any condition. By purchasing, you represent that you are a qualified research professional or are purchasing on behalf of a legitimate research entity for in-vitro laboratory research purposes.

2. Age Restriction

You must be 21 years of age or older to use this site or purchase products. By completing the site verification gate and placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.

3. Prohibited Use

You agree that you will NOT use products purchased from SubQFusion for:

Personal consumption, injection, ingestion, or self-administration
Administration to another person or animal
Medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapeutic purposes
Recreational use
Unauthorized resale outside a legitimate research context
Redistribution in a manner inconsistent with research-only use

Violation of prohibited use terms results in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any refund eligibility.

4. No FDA Approval

Products sold by SubQFusion have not been evaluated or approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for any use. SubQFusion makes no claims of safety, efficacy, or suitability for any human or veterinary application. These products are research materials only.

5. US-Only Shipping

SubQFusion ships exclusively within the United States. By purchasing, you warrant that your order is for use within the United States and that you will not re-export, transship, or divert products outside US borders.

6. Refund Policy

Unopened product: Full refund within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is at customer cost.
Opened product: No refund. Once a sealed vial is opened, it cannot be resold or verified for integrity.
Lost in transit: Carrier replacement only. SubQFusion will file a claim with FedEx and reship or refund at our discretion once the claim resolves.
Damaged in transit: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll reship at no cost.

Refund requests: email info@subqfusion.com with your order ID and reason.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SubQFusion, its owner, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of products, misrepresentation of research intent, violation of these terms, or any activity conducted with products purchased from SubQFusion.

8. Limitation of Liability

SubQFusion's total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or purchase of products is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in question. In no event shall SubQFusion be liable for consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, regardless of the theory of liability.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of SubQFusion products shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

10. Changes to Terms

SubQFusion may update these terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
