By purchasing, you represent that you are a qualified research professional or are purchasing on behalf of a legitimate research entity for in-vitro laboratory research purposes.

Products sold by SubQFusion have not been evaluated or approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for any use. SubQFusion makes no claims of safety, efficacy, or suitability for any human or veterinary application. These products are research materials only.
SubQFusion LLC ships exclusively within the United States via FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery (typically 2–5 business days from order confirmation). Orders are dispatched from our California fulfillment within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Tracking is emailed to the customer once the label is generated.
By purchasing, you warrant that your order is for use within the United States and that you will not re-export, transship, or divert products outside US borders. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the carrier accepts the package; transit damage and lost-in-transit cases are handled under Section 6 (Replacements) below.
All sales are final. SubQFusion LLC does not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or unwanted product. This policy is consistent with research-grade peptide industry standards (Sigma-Aldrich, Tocris, Cayman Chemical, etc.) — once a vial leaves our fulfillment, we cannot verify storage conditions or product integrity, and resale of returned research material is not permissible under our compliance posture.
Replacements offered only for fulfillment errors:
These are replacements, not refunds — we send you the correct/intact product, no money is returned.
Adverse reaction reports: contact us at info@subqfusion.com immediately. Handled case-by-case under research-use compliance framework.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us will be disputed with documentation of your researcher attestation, RUO terms acceptance, FedEx delivery proof, and these policies.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SubQFusion, its owner, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of products, misrepresentation of research intent, violation of these terms, or any activity conducted with products purchased from SubQFusion.
SubQFusion LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or purchase of products is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in question. In no event shall SubQFusion be liable for consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, regardless of the theory of liability.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of SubQFusion products shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
SubQFusion LLC may update these terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
